Headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas, Eagle TG is a 100% tribally owned SBA Certified 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) owned by the Modoc Nation of Miami, Oklahoma.
Founded in 2012, Eagle TG delivers enterprise architecture, systems engineering, software development, middleware, cybersecurity, and IT operations to government and commercial clients.

Solerity, Inc.
Founded in 1991, Solerity, Inc. is a proven leader with decades of experience delivering cloud, engineering services, and program management contracts across the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, and the Intelligence Community.

Why Aquila Rey
Procurement Advantages
As an SBA 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture managed by a tribally-owned firm, Aquila Rey retains the full procurement advantages of Eagle TG's Native American-owned status.
SBA may award a direct award contract (sole source) with an unlimited ceiling to an 8(a) participant owned and controlled by a Native American tribe.
The Government may award sole source contracts up to $22M without J&A and beyond $22M with J&A, offering a virtually unlimited threshold.
Small and SDB credit received through subcontracting work to the joint venture.
Indian Incentive Program (IIP) — 5% rebate available to prime contractors.
